Global equity indexes are trading higher currently after US stocks ended mixed on Monday. Tesla stock slipped 1.3% in after-hours trade following a Delaware court reaffirmation of its ruling that the Tesla CEO Elon Musk is not entitled to his $56 billion compensation package despite Tesla shareholders vote to reinstate it, Meta shares rose 3.2% on Monday outperforming market.

The Dollar is steady currently. The live dollar index data show the ICE US Dollar index, a measure of the dollar’s strength against a basket of six rival currencies, ended 0.7% highser on Monday.

Both EUR/USD and GBP/USD reversed their advancing yesterday while data releases confirmed manufacturing sector activity continued deteriorating in in both the euro zone and the UK. Pound and euro are higher against the dollar currently. AUD/USD joined USD/JPY’s slowed sliding on Monday with the yen lower against the Greenback currently and Australian dollar higher.

Futures on three main US stock indexes are advancing currently with the yield on benchmark 10-year Treasury up at 4.203%. US markets ended mixed on Monday as the three main stock benchmarks recorded daily returns in a range from -0.4% to 0.9% while data from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) showed US manufacturing activity improved in November.

European stock indexes futures are up currently after indexes closed higher on Monday with household goods and retail shares leading gains. Asian indexes futures are mostly rising today with Australia’s All Ordinaries ASX 200 Index defying the trend.
