The 200-period moving average MA(200) is falling too. We believe the bearish momentum will continue after the price breaches below the lower boundary of Donchian channel at 146.76. This level can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to sell. The stop loss can be placed above 156.27. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal high , following Parabolic indicator signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. Oracle issued a strong growth outlook for its fiscal 2026 and 2027. Expectations of stronger demand for a company’s products are bullish for company’s stock price. However, Oracle stock fell as US stock market closed sharply lower yesterday and the current setup is bearish for the stock price.
